Whew! I know it's been a long time since I posted but a lot has gone on. Well, I literally had a nervous breakdown and had to take some time off. I needed a moment, been a rough few years void of any vacation so my mind glitched and decided to chuck it all to the wind. Some good and bad things have happened since then but I'm still pressing forward. Lost my pt job as the day of the breakdown I was due at work and never showed up, a few weeks back my son's father was incarcerated, lost my phone (after getting it back from the debacle of my breakdown) and I've had a slight medical scare. That's the bad, let's be done with that, trust me I'm not complaining, just explaining.
My old friend Wes Coas and I began working on a short film for him to direct being done through his company and the company I started with my two good friends Lashunda Simpson and Angela Dobbs. It's an amazing short and we just secured some heavy hitters on the crew and are gearing up for the casting call. It's budgeted and nearly ready to go, production will begin in June and I still have a lot of work to do but I'm loving being back at work. This is birthday season for my family I had a fun house party for me and enjoyed cooking for my friends, Drake had a Cars themed house party and then the next day enjoyed a day at the Atlanta Zoo, anyone who knows him knows how crazy he is about animals and cars. My Mom is next and we're planning a picnic for her.
The company my partners and I started has made a lot of milestones but we're keeping most of it under wraps until our officially launch. Watch out it's going to be a beast.
It ain't over for me, I'm gonna keep hustlin'!
